Fair beer. Nothing special. Kind of bland for my liking.

06.20.13 - Very effervescent dates and dark fruit aromas with smooth mouthfeel with hints of bananas, melon with an overall sweet caramel and vanilla. Smooth finish. More fruit as it ages.

Likely my favorite beer of all styles. Extremely complex flavor profile, with pronounced notes of toffee and toasted caramel. Slight hop bitterness at the finish. Alcohol (10 percent) is well masked - only a slight amount of alcohol heat at the finish masks the strength of this wonderful beer.

Very malty, caramel and hit of banana.

Good but a little strong.

Malty, caramel sweet quad. For not being crazy about Belgians, I really liked this one. Bottle, February 2013.

Nice bouquet, with a floral aroma. Very smooth citrusy taste. Delicious

It has been over a year since trying this. It was good for having such a high %ABV

I didn't get much aroma, and the flavor was pretty simple. Very sweet and boozy. Definitely a classic European quad.

One of the beat four stars. Had in map room, Had at yardhouse a second time on tap. It wasnt the sweetest. Had a strange alcoholy flavor you sometimes get with belgians. It wasnt the greatest. Could def drink casually all the time
