Whisky Delta 94 - August 5, 2014La Petite Saison relies on Pilsener malt and white wheat, gently flattered with German Perle, Czech Saaz and American Willamette hops which add subtle, yet intricate flavoring to the beer. The Belgian yeast headlines the show, lacing palates with the delicate, floral esters for which the style is known. 5.3% abv
