Left me wanting more. Color is fairly dark but depth of flavor and complexity were not present. Nice bouquet and head, though. Alcohol was noticeable, if you like that kind of thing.

It's got an alcoholy taste, but it's not swill. You should give it a try. I think some folks would really like this. I mean, think about that super ugly weird chick in high school that, strangely, you kind of wanted to kiss. Turns out she is a model in NYC who dates stand up comics. It's not like you'd have a shot with her now, but you could have said 'hey, that was my prom date!!' That's what this beer is like.

Somewhat disappointed by the lack of complexity. Murky river water red. Runoff from the cattle cull. The bite of alcohol is apparent; complimented by a façade of sweet. The head is quick to dissipate.
