Draft, snifter
Pours a clear reddish copper color with small white head. Has a good wild aroma, though more farmy, without any true funky brett. Mouthfeel is medium high carbonation, with medium weight. It starts fairly sweet, then at the very end there's a turn towards sour and a dry, clean finish. Quite good. There's a little brightness right before the sour turn. Enjoyable.
