This would be a good brown but, unfortunately, the coconut does NOT compliment the flavor profile.

Strong, sweet coconut taste. Doesn't go well with anything but sweet foods. Best enjoyed alone.

Something-different, occasional ale but too much going on to pair well with food. The coconut note is unusual but gets tiresome after a bottle or so.

Medium brown. Good clarity. Small off white head. Malty aroma. Smooth smelling. Malty with a hint of coconut in it. Mildly sweet but balanced. Finishes clean. Draft

Nose like a brown ale but also sweet. It's a cool thing to taste the coconut in a brown ale. The sweetness balances the minor hop bite. Malty finish. Gets smoother as you drink it
