Beer Can - December 19, 2014Very nice caramel taste making it very smooth at first... Then the peppery finish comes through and build a neat layer on top of the caramel. Kind of that sweet/salty thing. My compliments to the brewer for making a beer so dynamic.
Cellar Dweller - June 27, 2014This pepper beer actually works. Pours dark amber with a thin head. It has an earthy aroma. Not much taste up front but finishes with a subtle pepper spice. Other pepper beers are just too overpowering, this one offers just enough to let you know it's there. Good with a meal.
