aklimkewicz@gmail.com - June 24, 2014Yellow, thin bubbly body with a foamy head that dissipates quickly. The nose is a bit richer than other Korean beers, notably Cass or Hite, which this is almost a carbon copy of. It smells and tastes a bit more malty than those other two, and is probably more akin to an OB. That said, Lotte's first beer certainly is not worse than Korea's other two main beer breweries, but it ain't much better either. Neither the initial taste, nor the aftertaste is notable or memorable. I haven't seen this in restaurants yet, so you're stuck with Cass or Hite (or preferably soju) while you eat your grilled pork.
