Well, I gave it 4.5 stars, so I like it. If you like bourbon stouts, this is a great one. If you don't like bourbon stouts, you're not going to like it. I taste more vanilla than chocolate, but it is definitely on the sweet side. Nice head, good carbonation.

Really good, a bit sweet, notes of chocolate blend with hints of vanilla from the oak barrel aging.

Ignore the last guy. This is a great beer. Can taste the infusion of the bourbon. Very dark, rich, strong. Follow up to Devil Dancer by Founders and even in such close proximity to a great, did not disappoint.

This was by FAR the worst tasting beer that I have ever had the opportunity to taste. Extremely dark, light doesn't pass through your glass. Strong bitter flavor combined with what seemed to be a half a bottle of cheap bourbon. I had a sip to swill for the flavor, thought it couldn't possibly be as bad as my first impression. I then followed that with a typical drink from my glass, then promptly poured the remainder down the drain. I hated to waste a beer, because I can normally find something good in any offering, but this particular beer left me scratching my head. Avoid this choice at all costs, free isn't a good reason to consume this beer.
