A really tastey beer that hardly fits the IPA category, despite the label. It poured a really nice fluffy head that stuck around for at least five minutes. The initial aroma was overpoweringly hoppy and unpleasant, but it opened up quickly and became nicely balanced between grassy hops and malt sweetness. The mouthfeel was like good champagne, light and dry in the mouth but leaves a sweet malt flavor on the lips.
