rquinn53 - July 8, 2012Happened upon a 2010 vintage at the Shiloh St Grill in Pittsburgh. Nice and carbonated, champagney like most tripels, but those two years bring the alcohol right to your front doorstep, making it way more complex. A balance of Belgian lacing and straight liquored aromas and mouthfeel I've never encountered before. Went great with the crab po boy sandwich.
