Having the 2015 series. Every good. Has an bit of an alcoholic aftertaste, but smooth and malty.

Carbonated, but still smooth. Strong coffee, roasted notes. Slight sweetness balances burnt finish. Mid bodied. Still could taste some alcohol at end, but generally well balanced. 4.0

Seemed to be lacking some of the usual flavors in an imperial stout, quite bitter as well. I think I found the first thing in the smokestack series that I don't totally enjoy.

Pungent almost hickory maple smokey flavor. Bold flavor and syrupy aftertaste.
