tonyc210@gmail.com - December 10, 2014Pours dark but not pitch black. Loads of chocolate on the nose. They didn't load up on the typical "pumpkin spices", which is nice. The pumpkin is buried deep in the background, beneath the very prominent cocoa / chocolate flavors. Slightly bitter finish. This is a very nicely balanced beer, but those seeking a pumpkin beer might be disappointed.

rs10 - November 2, 2014Cocoa and coffee overpower the pumpkin. Not overly complex but a solid, slightly sweet imperial porter.
