Very strong coffee flavor, but I would personally prefer it to be a little more subtle. Again, it's just a matter of preference.

Pours a very dark brown. Nose of coffee and vanilla. Great emphasis on roasted coffee. Tastes similar to one of my favorites, Victory at Sea Imperial Porter. In my top 5 I stouts.

Found this at the #dallaswinterwarmer and I enjoyed it enough to find at Spec's. Great stout, IMO

Powerful stout. The appearance is a brownish black with a peanut brown head. The aroma is potent dark coffee roast with a crisp American hops citrus zing. The taste is a lovely dark roast coffee, a roasted grain (a bit like rye), and a nicely balanced hops bitter. Also vary smooth texture. 3 of 5 stars.
