bockboy@att.net - March 7, 2021B+. Would be higher rating if it were more complex, but it is a solid imperial stout with bourbon and barrel flavors. The 15.5% abv is well hidden.
Patrick1 - June 5, 2017Absolutely the best bourbon barrel imperial stout I've tasted. Huge bourbon notes, very complex, fruity with a continuous taste of Carmel, bourbon. Very tasty, very fine! It is hard to find in stores.
brandtjc20@hotmail.com - August 7, 2016This is a nice Imperial Stout with a lot of bourbon flavor. There's a lot of head when you pour it and a pretty good aroma. I would drink again, but it's not the best out there.

platoautocrosser@yahoo.com - February 12, 2016Dkrenik summed it up perfectly. The alcohol tastes separate from the beer. Not hidden in the beer like a Bourbon County Stout, or a 17% Dog Fish Head Higher Math.
