This blend works, and it grows ever more elegant as it warms. The full, rich body of the Frederiksen is suffused with redolent roasted coffee from the Weasel. The result is an intricate and intriguing balance, most expressive when slightly warmer than cellar temperature. Highly recommended.

Slight carb, modestly smooth. Mid bodied. Burnt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor lasts. Slight sweet finish. Could be thicker, sweeter. 3.65
