Thick fluffy head. Clear very dark reddish color. Light roasted malt smell. Coffee and chocolate taste. Medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.

Dark brown with a tall dark tan head. Aroma is a little roasty with a mild nuttiness and caramel. Well balanced flavors. Mild nuttiness and toasty. Finishes clean. Bottle. 10-05-12

Deep brown, almost black. Crisp and smooth, more body to it than a typical lager. Really tasty, could be a good session beer

Tall creamy head. Cherry coke color. Roasty aroma. Great mouthfeel. Starts balanced then a roasted chocolate body and a bitter chocolate finish. The black granite adds a hard, dry character to the brew. Nice.

Damn good German lager really unique beer, especially it's old style this beer is brewed.
