Hazy caramel in color with thick fluffy dense white head that slowly dissipates giving off pungent crisp apple pie spice aromas. Medium body with a malty bready forward, strong flavors of apple pie and a dry cinnamon & bitter hop finish. A bitter Granny Smith apple taste with some Fuji mixed in. It is shocking that all the apple aroma and flavor comes solely from the hops. A very tasty refreshing beer for the fall harvest months as the leaves fall and the air gets crisp and cold. Delicious!
