Hoppy, citrusy IPA, wanted more body. Ok. On tap at NOLA Beer Fest, November 2012. Had soon after in bottle, same result, highly carbonated, unfiltered (almost chunky), citrusy, ok.

Heavy hops, but misaligned with flavor. Hops for hops sake. Much too soft of a mouthfeel with too much carbonation.

Hazy copper colored body with a white head that leaves moderate lacing in the imperial pint glass into which it was poured. Malt and floral pine notes strike the nose. Flavors include a hint of caramel maltiness followed by bold pine hop presence and a dry bitter finish that lingers. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Hop resins settle at bottom. Easily drinkable and enjoyable.
