APPEARANCE - Clear yello with no head. AROMA/SCENT - Hoppy, piney. TASTE - Hoppy, ABV well-hidden. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Soft. Little carbonation. VALUE - Reasonable. OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Great beer, almost chuggable.

Over powering fruit/apricot flavor. Little pine and citrus compared to Pliny or Bear Republic Apex. Smooth and good hop flavor. Not bad but not great.

This is one of the best beers I've ever had. A gentleman tapped it special for me and my brother in central California. We put it up against the Simtra and the Elder and to me, it smoked them both. Some of the best hop flavor I've ever tasted. Amazingly dry for an 11.3 triple IPA. The sweetness was perfect and the hops were even more perfect. I truly enjoyed this more than the younger... Albeit it may not be as well balanced. For my palette, this is the worlds perfect beer. I hope they bottle it.
