Thick white head of decent retention and sticky lacing caps a deep amber body. The body is reasonably clear-ish for an unfiltered, living IPA. No signs of yeast or hop resins. Aromas are of citrus and mango, with some semblance of the present malt backbone. Taste likewise starts a bit malty-peachy-sweet but dries out very quickly with a large hops presence expressed in fruity citrus and pineapple taste explosions. This is a very solid, very complex, and substantially underrated DIPA! On the mouth, there is a fuller-side-of-medium body with a lingering dryness coupled with creamy delectable oiliness and resinous residue.
