This one is a little different. Pours golden with a thick white head that recedes to just a few islands. Smells fruity and acidic. Tastes of oak tannins, sweet malts, honey and alcohol. Finishes very dry. Decent beer!
Dubbel O'Seven - December 23, 2016
Described as a Tripel IPA, but nothing obviously IPA-ish about it, nose or taste. Nose I would describe as floral. Malty rather than hoppy, honey aftertaste. Taste reminiscent of Duvel (although more aromatic). Alcohol apparent without being prominent. A good Duvel alternative, without being great.

Flat, bitter aftertaste

Slightly hoppy with fruitiness.

As others noted its not one that really stands out in the crowd but its a fine brew. High ABV is not at all apparent, bright, hoppy and refreshing but still a bit ho hum
WestonBouchér - April 13, 2013
Smooth & crisp considering the high abv, not bad just not something I would remember, not distinct enough.

Pours opaque and pale with a thick head. Good lacing. Strong floral nose with slight fruitiness. Malt forward with little hop bitterness. Yeast and malty finish. Unfortunately not as good as expected....
