Super hoppy aroma and flavor. Some pine comes through on the hops. Flavor is a bit bitter but the hoppiness mellows that out. Used Motueka hops from New Zealand. Really good. Fresh, intriguing, with a mildly clean finish. Flavor crisps out, with some lingering bitterness. As it warms some of the bitterness hides and the floral tones mix into the flavor. Just a slight bit too bitter for 5 stars.
