14MAY14, Against the Grain Brewery, Louisville, KY Draft, chalice Pours a clear golden amber with a moderate very light tan head which quickly dissipates, leaving a nice film and decent lacing. Aroma is quite grassy. Flavor is less grassy, but still mainly so. The flavor is impressively smooth. The hop is very very nice, the flavor is quite smooth. It's grassy, with a light and airy and floral danciness. The aroma has some mild floral and citrus notes. The flavor has more citrus than the dancing floral, but it's not grapefruit or lemon or orange. It's nice and complex. There's a hint of bitterness on the finish, though it's still quite wet and lingering. The bitterness is a little sharper than I'd like, but I'd still drink this beer again any day.
