Draft, pint
Pours a hazy but translucent orangish-straw color with a finger and a half of white head that slowly dissipates to a decent film and good lacing. Aroma is initially woody and farmy then calms to a warm citrus. The flavor is initially sweet, citrusily so, with a slow phase-shift to grassy. The flavor lingers long, quite impressively and delicious; then right as you think it dies out below detectable sweetness levels, the dryness of the grassy character marches to the front to signal the finale. Bravo.

jrobinster@gmail.com - February 24, 2014Slightly too bitter despite only 83 IBU's. I don't know if the beer is wet hopped but it does have more of an earthy taste to it.
