Really hoppy

Very hoppy...which I like a lot! Nose not as strong as I was expecting...picked out hints of sourdough and Roquefort cheese. Huge tastes of orange and grapefruit zest which gives beer an overall dry finish! Nice beer...will drink again!

True to the name. Lots of hops going on here. Very little else though. Almost no citrus and no pine. If you're looking for pure hop, this is it. Would like to have seen a little more balance, but it is what it is. Bottle

Pretty hoppy even for a DIPA. Hops overpower the other components. Not a bad beer though. Not in my top 5 DIPAs.

26JUN12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Grape and Grapefruit flavors (says the bartender-I'm just getting strong citrus). He says it's made with Centennial hops. It's strong. It has strong citrusy flavor, but is fairly light. Has a strong scent too. The hops overtake the flavor, but some swishing yields a dry but sweet undertone...very faint. 20JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Bottle Very floral and piney. Agree with previous review.
