My favorite goose island beer!

Always a pleasure during a trip to Chicago. Great smooth taste. A little sweet, bits of hoppy, with a crisp finish.

It's pretty simple, but this is a well-balanced beer in my books. The malt comes through a bit stronger than the hops, but that's how I like my beer. I wasn't analyzing too much when I had this brew, but two things I did notice were the nice one-finger head and beautiful lacing. I'll also add that that the flavor lingered on the palate for a while, which was great.

Good, sweeter zesty hop profile with that stays on the palate

Piney floral aroma, follows flavor, low bitterness, sweet citrusy notes, medium carbonation and quiet lingering aftertaste, good malt smoothness.

Very smooth and creamy, drinkable. Fat tire-ish

Solid American interpretation of an English bitter. A great compliment to most any food dish. Best when fresh. Nice balance of hops and mildly fruity malt.

Tasted plain. Probably lost taste during travel.

Right on the cusp of how hoppy i can enjoy but it had a great head and solid flavor.

Well balanced beer with a sweet start and a clean finish. Moderate Carbonation and a nice amber hue. Great with a Chicago Hot Dog.
