This is a bit of a heavier beer but tastes just like a sweet maple ice cream!

Very prominent honey scent and taste. Not as much bourbon flavor as expected from a cask aged beer. Tasty, but not my favorite Shock Top.

Not a bad wheat beer. The honey bourbon flavor is prominent but not overpowering.

AFTERTASTE. A terrible one. First beer I've ever poured out. If you put it in a pilsner glass you might could stand it but it's one of the worst beers I've ever had.

One of the better Shock Tops out there. Was very pleasantly surprised. Don't be swayed by the naysayers - worth at least a six-pack. Bees with mohawks can't be wrong!!!

Luden's cough drop honey flavor. What I expect from 2nd rate Shock Hop. Candy like honey sweet. If that is what you go for, this is for you. Almost seems like a soda. Seems unrefined. I could drink it easily...but I think there is more to beer than that...
