La Birra HB Weiss è considerata la birra "bianca" di Baviera dal sapore molto gradevole al palato. I lieviti non filtrati e la grande quantità di frumento le conferscono un colore chiaro ed opaco. La spuma abbondante e bianchissima e l'alta fermentazione esaltano le vivaci note agli aromi fruttati. Dunque la si può considerare una vera e propria birra semplice e d'impatto.
