Slightly clouded golden in color. Champagne-like head. Nose is tart, almost like a sour. Slightly tart Belgian-like taste. Excellent Saison.

An absolutely delicious Saison. Light, tart, complex with spices. The alcohol content is very high for a Saison (6.6%). Highly recommend this Seattle beer!
