Tasty orange-amber with a mild fruit flavor and a juicy mouthfeel. Alcohol is present in the finish. I prefer the original Resin but this is a really nice beer!

2014 - HiRes initial release. At the time it was my favorite beer in any category
2015- Formula change. ABV comes down, yet the taste of alcohol increases dramatically. Not nearly as well balanced.
2016 - ABV remains the same, yet the formula once again changes, this time for the better. Extremely well balanced beer that goes down smooth and finishes wonderfully bitter. Pours dark orange in color, has aromas of citrus and pine, and despite the ABV, drinks like a 7% or 8% Fantastic beer!

111 IBU? Initially that is hard to believe because of a nice malt balance. But the the aftertaste kicks in and taste buds die a thousand deaths, the roof of your mouth melts, and you have to scrape the top of your head off the ceiling. 111 IBU indeed.

Double IPA. Good for a double but not great. A bit too fizzy without much body underneath. A bit of a metallic finish. Maybe try the regular Six Point IPA next time.

Honey gold color. Bitter bite up front followed by sweetness giving it a bittersweet taste.

Awesome ! Pours copper with thin lacy head. Smells Bready and piney. Big giant sweet hop bomb. Hops hops and more hops with a hint of bread. Nice

Not much hoppy FLAVOR but lots of bitterness.
