Lemon candy (sweet & sour) smell. Little head, yellow color. Tastes a bit like white wine, but with something in the background... Beer and orange peel. Very unique. My first farmhouse saison. Has an interesting funk to it. Makes you want to eat cheese.

Clearish yellow with a nice white head that lasts and laces well. Nose is lightly apple fruity with some earthy yeast and just a bit of dustiness and very mild sourness. Taste is similar, if ironically both sweetly fruitier and lightly funkier simultaneously. None of these notes are overwhelming as a desirable, drinkable balance is achieved with a nice quenching dryness. Medium light body with a decently prickly effervescence.

Less effervescent but adds to drinkability , mild fruit/spice

Light saison flavor, hint of orange/citrus. Slightly hazy in color. Smooth, no aftertaste. Overall excellent.

Has an awkward after taste. Tastes fruity and sweet for the first split second. Has almost a "gone bad" taste afterwards. Was excited to try it. Can't say I'll buy it again
