A spicy and bitter smell and taste. The aftertaste lingers for quite a while which isnt a quality i enjoy in a beer. It tastes more like a beer than the harvest pumpkin ale does but still has that hint of spice. .

Bottle. Pronounced chocolate notes with a nuttiness. Rich mouthfeel with a light hop balance and a lingering velvety finish. Unorthodox, but not a bad dessert beer.

Not nearly as much hazelnut flavor as rogue's hazelnut and that might be a good thing. Good and creamy mouthfeel. I would sip on some of these regularly if available. #37 by Sam Adams
