superdeckman - March 10, 2017I wished I cellared this. So I didn't and it is very boozy. Moving on. Smells of toffee, cherries and vanilla. On pull plums, vanilla, dried fruit. It is sweet with an oak flavor. It is very good but under a wicked burn. I'll buy another and cellar
And so I cellared for 4 years and it?s delicious. The heat has diminished and all the flavors are out front and heat is in the back !
