Jrriley - March 19, 2013On cask. Uses English pale ale malt and First Gold hops. Frothier head than you normal see on a cask bitter. Nice orange gold color. Stronger than most bitters, with a long lingering aftertaste. Burnt malt taste a little too predominant but it smooths out as the beer warms up; little bit of a citrusy note in the background. A session able beer but aftertaste is a little too long.
