Nice fruit with good hop.

A tart and crisp hefeweizen brewed with local MA wildflower honey, orange peel and coriander, and fermented with the juice from over 1,000 blood oranges. It’s a cloudy, yet effervescent beer, with lingering banana and citrus notes balanced against a healthy wheat backbone and hoppy finish from Mt. Hood and Crystal hops. The predominant flavor is citrus between the acid of the peel and the blood oranges. Kind of a funky spicing that doesn't really blend well. The wheat yeast comes through and the hoppy finish makes it a nice hot weather beer. Maybe I will try again in the summer.

Not my favorite brew, but interesting, good at first sip, but not @ the finish. 2-Stars. (Popped a top)

Smooth and crisp. Lots of flavor.

I think the only saving grace of this beer is the blood orange. I just happen to be a fan of blood oranges. In reality, none of the components listed on the bottle mingle with each other. The only thing honey managed to do was kill the head, the coriander is floating somewhere in the ether and I can't detect it, and the Orange peel lent an astringent aftertaste.

Some decent but subtle orange flavor in the aftertaste. Decent spiciness, not as sweet as I expected but still very good.
