Very full taste. Warm, malty. Brown sugar, cinnamon, caramel flavors for sure. Some dark fruit as well...raisin or fig. Not very tart. Almost like a stronger dunkelweizen. Boozy finish.

A-. Fairly complex big beer. Tried their Classic The Authentic Dark Red Triple Ale 5-25-24, 10.5% and it was good too.

APPEARANCE - Medium-dark brown with 4-finger head that dissipates fast. No lacing. AROMA/SCENT - Sweet, herbaceous, fruits. TASTE - Sweet, mild, herbaceous, fairly boozy. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Not gooey. Carbonation holds up. VALUE - A bit high. OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Not my favorite. At best, a sipping beer.
