ammondd@gmail.com - July 5, 2012There's more to Guinness than its fantastic taste. The presentation of the beer is what makes it so special - nitrogen bubbles cascading up the side of the tulip shaped glass - the thick frothy head that sticks to your lip when you take a strong drag out of the pint. With that said, my preferred presentation is out of a gallon jug in the back of a truck on the 4th of July.
