I usually blacks. Not this one.

Chilled it is a very refreshing dark lager, and true Guinness drinkers can taste the signature smoothness

Thin mouth feel, dark roasted malty flavor, but that's it. Wheres the beef Guinness???

Clean but a little thin. Very little carbonation and no lacing. Drinkable but not spectacular.

Americanized to bring in the weekend cooler crowd. Come on Guinness don't be a sell out. I expected a slap of dark, little less carbonation and more of a finish.

Malty, roasted flavor. Smooth finish. No after taste. Not outstanding.

Not bad. Not my favorite, though. Darker roasted malt flavor, without too much bitterness, with a lagery profile and finish.

I love the stout, but there's nothing special going for this beer.

Huge Guinness beer fan, but this Black Lager falls right behind Guinness Drought and above Guinness Extra Stout in my book. It lacks the full intensity flavor of a dark beer.. But does go down smooth...

I am a huge Guinness fan but I am not a fan of this beer! I think it's problem is the watery taste at the end. It's better than a lot of other beers but I would never by this beer again.
