aceshigh59 - January 4, 2015First taste was great but then it just became more bitter the further along. The nice chocolate caramel started tasting over hopped and burnt. Unsatisfactory finish
tonyc210@gmail.com - November 9, 2014Pours black, virtually impenetrable to light; small, dark foamy head that dissipates quickly. Smells predominately of milk chocolate. Flavors of coffee, cacao nibs, bittersweet chocolate. The finish is where the rye presents itself with a little peppery bitterness and some dark roast coffee. Cool beer.
jph368 - October 10, 2014Nice chocolate aroma. Excellent mixture of rye and chocolate. The sweet chocolate smooths out the rye bitterness quite nicely.
