November 2014 Brussels - wonderfully flavorful tripel; sweet banana and clove forward. One of my top tripels, and likely one of my top 5 beers of any style. Unfortunately it is not always readily available in the States. If you are a fan of tripels and find this, do yourself a favor and buy it.

Buttery nose, caramel and roast behind floral hop. Big, smooth mouthfeel. Toasted hazelnut and toffee are prominent, with afternotes of coffee and cocoa. Complex and warming, truly an awesome beer.
