I suppose if I needed to adhere to a gluten free diet I could drink this, but since I don't, I will never buy this again. Very sweet, I taste the rice in it. Not great. Real bad aftertaste.

I'm always interested in gluten-free beers, strictly to see what's happening in that area of brewing. Unfortunately, unlike many GF beers emerging these days, this is sub par. It bears little resemblance to a trippel. Not bad, but hardly beer's next of kin either. Has a tart, Champaign aftertaste and mouthfeel. Not much of the de facto sweetness of the style, but a good attempt. Worth it if you're gluten free, but know there are better out there.

Extremely smooth with a slight hint of lemony zest.
