Dry, drinkable for a beer with this high an ABV. But not complex. Columbus hops running solo just isn't enough. A bit on the bitter side and not a strong aroma.

Very bitter. I know everyone had a different pallet. But the hop taste and bitterness is just raw and not balanced with anything. Like the raw hops we use when home brewing.

Prefer their Cascade and Simcoe hop brews. Columbus not my fave, and too much of it here.

It's not as good as double jack, but easier to drink than Hercules and better than ballast point Sculptin

Double IPA this is as good as manrock DIPA and has a candy-sweet finish
