bugs318 - December 15, 2011very underwhelming, nice nearly white head with good retention, slight citrus aroma and flavor but astringent aftertaste and bigger disappointment: nearly flat and watery mouthfeel with almost nonexistent carbonation 2.5 (similar citrus notes to Betelgeuse) I realize casks are more lightly carbonated, but this was watery, way too undercarbonated. Every other cask (12 or so) has been better...
Take 2: great dry-hopped fresh grassy nose taste is a bit underwhelming in contrast. 3.75
