svenllr - January 18, 2014Anything cresting over 10% ABV makes me test against the Dust Bowl bar of Soul Crusher. Dark and full of flavor like Soul Crusher, the Stock Ale is very smooth and easy on the swallow. It's neither sharp nor bitter coming in at a safe 43 IBU. Full of aroma that is sweet and yet not over powering, Stock Ale is definitely in my top five favorites from this fine Turlock, CA brewery.
