Golden straw in color with a quickly dissipating white head giving off pungent grapefruit aromas. Very clean taste, smooth and light body. Strong grapefruit notes and a drying citric acid finish. Overall a good and enjoyable beer, quite refreshing. A little early in February would make a good summer beer.

A little too light on the hops for me. It tasted more like a pale ale. I did enjoy it though and found it refreshing and fairly light.

Citrus hops in the nose, with hints of the grapefruit , subtle chemical smell similar to cleaner but I happen to think that's pretty common in American style hop-centric beers. Golden/copperish hue , kind of on the border. The flavor is grapefruit forward , followed by a surprisingly mild hop intensity..comparatively speaking. It has an expected bitter after taste from both hops and grapefruit but I can say that as someone who dislikes grapefruit I still find this beer refreshing and paletteble. Certainly a step up from the usual Abita product.

Had other IPAs not claiming to be grapefruit that are more grapefruity but this is still damn good one from abita. Zero hop bitterness really, easy drinker

Strong grapefruit aroma and very clear in the taste. Very clean tasting , smooth beer. Maybe a tad thin, but overall good. I like grapefruit and this is a well done beer. Bottle, December 2013.
