Not super yeasty for a Belgian. Slight honey sweet finish and a touch o alchahol in the finish.

After-taste: Coca Cola then anise, perhaps. Definitely a holiday beer. Tasty, different -- but not my favorite.

A slight bitterness at the front, quickly rounded out by a nice clove and licorice flavor profile, with some raisiny sweetness at the finish. All in all a very good Belgian ale.

Dark, strong, fruity, spicy. Watch the high ABV. It warms you up but can also knock you sideways.
