Absolutely perfect balance! The Belgians just know how to do it. Delicious fruit, accompanied by that unmistakeable Belgian sweetness; sharp but refreshing carbonation from the bottle fermentation; and a moderate, balanced hoppiness. A perfect brew!

Frothy head, cloudy like a hefe. Pine on the nose and some yeast too. Some citrus up front with little effervescence, hint of bitterness and piney taste as well, but all nicely balanced. A superb Belgian, hard to believe its 8%. Good starter Belgian
