tomspalla - April 4, 2016Golden body with almost no head. Sweet straw nose. Smooth and creamy, verging on the body of a nitro due to the very low and fine carbonation. The flavor is that of a mild hop with a slight straw flavor with a hint of lemon zest. The finish is a bit dry. Definitely sessionable but a bit more malt would benefit this beer's backbone.
