Katrina - November 19, 2012Nice dark amber color. Very well balanced with malt and bitterness. There slight fruit and spice with a very mild bitter finish rather than sweet. I love that this well balanced Belgian is a touch on the bitter side for this style. Also the lower alcohol content doesn't let the heat through the flavor.
