Cowboy Mike - June 21, 2015Pours golden with a thin whit head. The nose is imperial wheat, boozy and earthy. The flavor is well balanced, spicy and citrusy. One if the better white IPAs from harpoon.
jaywill1323 - June 20, 2015An imperial white IPA from the 'King' series, brewed with coriander and orange peel.
Hazy gold in color with one finger of foamy head that dissipates quickly, leaving lacing down the glass. Pungent aromas of coriander spice and subtle hoppiness. Tropical fruit aromas as it warms up. Surprisingly light and refreshing given the high abv, has a juicy citrus forward followed by a strong dry hop and coriander spice flavor. Lastly an orangey, tropical fruity, light dry finish. Can taste a bit of the alcohol at the end. Very tasty and refreshing would have again.
